Indonesia, Nov. 21 -- The Tulungagung Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) has accelerated emergency response efforts following strong winds that damaged 82 houses in Manggisan and Kudusan hamlets in Plosokandang Village, Kedungwaru sub-district.

BPBD Tulungagung Chief Executive Robinson Nadeak said on Friday evening that logistics assistance, including tarpaulins and basic supplies, had been distributed to affected residents.

He noted that sixty emergency tarpaulins were delivered to cover roofs damaged by the wind.

BPBD teams, working with village authorities and residents, also cleared debris and reinforced weakened roofs. Nadeak emphasized that immediate action was necessary to meet urgent needs and support early recovery efforts.
