Jakarta, Dec. 21 -- The Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) has provided psychosocial support to children at the Balee Panah evacuation camp in Bireuen District, Aceh, to help them cope with trauma caused by recent deadly floods and landslides.

In a statement issued on Sunday, Lieutenant Colonel Dekki Sujatmiko, a personnel officer at the Iskandar Muda Regional Military Command (Kodam), said the trauma-healing initiative was carried out under direct orders from Army Chief of Staff General Maruli Simanjuntak.
