Jakarta, Jan. 30 -- The Indonesian Military (TNI) and the National Police (Polri) have been providing free mobile health services from village to village affected by disasters in Sumatra.

In a written statement released on Friday, the Presidential Media Team said a TNI doctor and medical personnel visited the home of an elderly resident to provide health checks, including blood pressure examinations.

A similar service was carried out in Pasar Tukka, Central Tapanuli. Using a green medical vehicle bearing a red cross emblem, TNI doctors and health workers went directly to residents' homes to conduct health checks, particularly for elderly residents.
