Jakarta, Sept. 20 -- Minister of Youth and Sports Erick Thohir said his six years at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) were not only about transforming state corporations but also about developing human resources.

As he stepped down from his role as Minister of SOEs, Thohir highlighted the dedication, hard work, empathy, and sacrifices of all ministry employees in building both businesses and the nation's character.

"We are building whole people here, not just corporations. But building people is the most difficult part. You work day and night to transform the corporation," he said on Friday.
