Badung, Bali, Aug. 29 -- State-owned digital telecommunications company PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) has officially launched artificial intelligence (AI) centers in nine major cities to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as government institutions.
Telkom's Director of IT Digital, Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi, said on Thursday in Badung District, Bali, that the establishment of the AI development and collaboration hub was in response to rising demand from various sectors.
"This is based on requests. Many companies, SMEs, and government bodies asked for support. We cannot do it alone, so we collaborate with different parties in AI to deliver customized solutions according to their specific needs," he said.
