Indonesia, Feb. 4 -- The floods and landslides that hit three provinces of Sumatra-Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra-in late November 2025 not only claimed lives but also devastated the economy, education, and social sectors.

Now, two months after the disasters, life in the three affected provinces is gradually recovering as residents begin to look toward the future despite the ongoing struggles.
