Jakarta, Nov. 29 -- State logistics agency Bulog has stepped up efforts to support flood and landslide victims in Sumatra, among others, by distributing 73.19 tons of rice to communities in Aceh affected by the disasters.

"Bulog will provide maximum support to flood victims, whether in Aceh, North Sumatra, or West Sumatra," Bulog President Director Ahmad Rizal Ramdhani said here on Saturday.

In detail, Bulog has distributed a total of 73.1 tons of rice to Aceh from regional warehouses, including six tons to Banda Aceh, nine tons to Lhokseumawe, 25 tons to Bireuen, and additional allocations to other districts.
