Jakarta, April 27 -- The special envoy of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, led by the Indonesian seventh president, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), delivered a message from President Prabowo Subianto to Catholics during the funeral of Pope Francis at the Vatican on Saturday, local time.

Jokowi, together with other envoys, namely Minister of Human Rights Natalius Pigai, Deputy Minister of Finance Thomas Djiwandono, and Chairman of the Welcoming Committee for Pope Francis' Apostolic Journey to Indonesia in 2024, Ignasius Jonan, attended the entire funeral procession of Pope Francis at St. Peter's Square, Vatican.
