Indonesia, Dec. 8 -- Southwest Papua Governor Elisa Kambu outlined the province's achievements on its third anniversary on Monday, presenting a progress report and reaffirming development priorities across education, health, infrastructure and the economy.
Kambu said priority programmes launched in the province's first year covered education, health, economic empowerment, infrastructure, tourism and religious services, reflecting the administration's core agenda.
In education, the province distributed aid to districts, supplied two buses, allocated Rp24.79 billion and awarded pilot scholarships to six indigenous Papuans.
