Jakarta, Dec. 30 -- The Ministry of Industry has emphasized that the availability of highly skilled human resources is a key prerequisite for accelerating national industrialization.

In a statement in Jakarta on Tuesday, Industry Minister Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita said that to realize the Astacita national development vision-particularly in industrialization-the ministry continues to strengthen the foundations of national industrial development through the preparation of competent, globally competitive human resources.

Throughout 2025, the ministry produced 7,691 industry-ready workers as part of the implementation of the National Industrialization New Strategy (SBIN), aimed at developing high-quality human capital, he said.
