Sigi, Aug. 1 -- The government of Sigi district, Central Sulawesi, has integrated three national programs at the local level: the Red and White Village Cooperatives, the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program, and the Food Self-Sufficiency initiative.

"This is part of Sigi district government's innovation in regional development," Sigi District Head Moh Rizal Intjenae said in Dolo on Friday.

He emphasized the importance of cross-program collaboration to effectively implement national strategic policies at the local level.

"These three national programs are interconnected, so the local government must ensure concrete steps are taken to integrate them for more effective implementation," he said.
