Jakarta, April 11 -- Indonesia's Second Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) document, which includes the emissions reduction target, has been delayed pending further discussions with related sectors, according to Environment Minister Hanif Faisol Nurofiq.

"We still have to discuss it because there have been changes in leadership in each ministry; there is also acceleration in each sector," he said here on Friday.

He added that the government is targeting to complete the discussions by October 2025, one month before this year's UN Climate Change Conference in Belem, Brazil.

"This is still time to discuss it further," he said.
