Jakarta, Jan. 30 -- The Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education officially inaugurated 76 schools resulting from the school revitalization program, bringing renewed hope to residents in North Aceh, Central Aceh, and Bener Meriah following disasters.

Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Abdul Mu'ti, in a written statement here on Friday, said the inauguration reflects the government's commitment to restoring post-disaster education services and ensuring schools serve as safe and adequate learning spaces.

He added that the step is also part of a national effort to accelerate the rehabilitation and reconstruction of disaster-affected education units, which is targeted to be completed gradually by 2026.
