Bandung, West Java, Jan. 26 -- The joint Search and Rescue (SAR) team recovered 29 bodies from the Cisarua landslide and handed them over to the Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) team in the search for landslide victims in West Bandung District, West Java.

The Head of the National Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas), Mohammad Syafii, on Monday, informed that four bodies had been recovered during today's search operation and that approximately 61 other victims were estimated to remain buried.

"Four bodies were recovered today, bringing the total number of victims handed over to 29 since the SAR operation was first launched," he said.
