Indonesia, Jan. 4 -- The joint search and rescue team decided to extend the search for victims of the Putri Sakinah boat, which sank off the coast of Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai District, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), resulting in the disappearance of four Spanish tourists.

"We are continuing the search for victims. We are extending the search for another three days," the head of the Maumere Search and Rescue Office, as SAR Mission Coordinator (SMC), Fathur Rahman, informed on Sunday.

He conveyed this statement when asked about the progress of the search for four Spanish nationals who went missing last week after the sinking of the Putri Sakinah boat.
