Jakarta, July 9 -- The Industry Ministry has been consistently promoting the domestic essential oil downstreaming industry as part of efforts to seize the ever-growing opportunities in the sector.

The ministry's inspector general, Mohammad Rum, said here on Wednesday that in 2024, the global market value of essential oil grew 10 percent compared to the year before. This growth is expected to continue as people become more interested in eco-friendly products.
