Jakarta, Feb. 20 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto reaffirmed that Indonesia, along with eight other Muslim-majority countries participating in the Gaza Board of Peace (BoP), supports a two-state solution as the only viable path toward lasting peace in Gaza.
"For us, the two-state solution is the only real and lasting solution," President Prabowo told reporters after the Board of Peace summit in Washington, DC, on Thursday.
President Prabowo and several leaders from Muslim-majority nations attended the inaugural summit, held on Thursday morning at the Donald J. Trump Institute of Peace, formerly known as the United States Institute of Peace (USIP).
