Jakarta, Nov. 27 -- Indonesia will increase supplies of subsidized 3-kilogram LPG canisters to ensure adequate stocks during the Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 holidays, Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Bahlil Lahadalia said on Wednesday.
The government has agreed to raise subsidized LPG volume from 8.2 million metric tons to between 8.4 million and 8.5 million metric tons.
"It was agreed to increase LPG volume from roughly 8.2 million metric tons to 8.4 or 8.5 million. I don't recall the exact figure, but it has been approved," Bahlil said.
