Jakarta, Nov. 26 -- Indonesia's Ministry of Home Affairs said it is accelerating the rollout of Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) kitchens, known as SPPGs, in frontier, outermost and underdeveloped regions to strengthen the national program.

"We are accelerating the establishment of SPPG locations, especially in 3T areas," Deputy Home Minister Bima Arya Sugiarto said on Wednesday, stressing the ministry's commitment to President Prabowo Subianto's strategic initiatives.

He said the ministry continues to encourage regional governments to support the development of Red and White Village Cooperatives, which have been prioritized throughout the past year as part of broader economic strengthening.
