Badung, Bali, June 4 -- Indonesia's Ministry of Environment has ensured that it will continue to strengthen support for community-led environmental action, including funding for groups and individuals.

The ministry's Chief Secretary Rosa Vivien Ratnawati stated in Badung, Bali, on Wednesday that the government supports public efforts through the Indonesia Environment Fund (BPDLH) and the Payments for Environmental Services (PJLH).

"For individuals, indeed, we must ensure that they continue to work professionally in carrying out the activities," she remarked.

Ratnawati noted that securing funding remains a challenge for individuals and groups to sustain their activities consistently over the years.
