Jakarta, Feb. 17 -- Indonesia's Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Nezar Patria has said that the government is working with several parties to address the shortage of digital talents in Indonesia.
"We are working with many parties to address or reduce what we call the digital talent gap," he said here on Monday.
According to Patria, the government is collaborating with several global tech companies, universities, and communities to provide training and increase the skills of digital talents.
He said Indonesia will need 9 million digital talents by 2030, but currently, their number stands at about 2.5 million.
