Jakarta, Aug. 13 -- The Social Affairs Ministry (Kemensos) is piloting the distribution of social assistance through Payment ID, including in Banyuwangi, East Java, as part of a digitalization effort to increase accessibility, transparency, and efficiency in aid distribution.
"This is a demand. Today, we want greater transparency, accessibility for everyone, and greater efficiency. There will be many benefits if we can digitize the distribution of social assistance," Minister of Social Affairs Saifullah Yusuf stated in Jakarta on Tuesday.
