Mecca, June 8 -- Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs Muhammad Syafi'i expressed high appreciation for the performance and hard work of Indonesia's Hajj officers during the peak of the Hajj pilgrimage in Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Mina.

During his visit to several service points there, he supervised the services provided by Hajj officers to Indonesian pilgrims.

Speaking in Mina on Sunday, Syafi'i said that 90 percent of Hajj officers had carried out their tasks well, while the rest experienced fatigue and needed rest.
