Jakarta, Feb. 24 -- Indonesia's Ministry of Trade is targeting to boost the exports of products made by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to US$18.84 billion this year.

Deputy Minister of Trade, Dyah Roro Esti, said here on Monday that Indonesia's trade representatives in 33 countries are working to support the achievement of the target.

The trade representatives are expected to analyze opportunities for MSMEs to export their products.

The ministry is also conducting business pitching activities with its trade representatives in 33 trading partner countries and business matching with foreign buyers. Through these efforts, the ministry is seeking to bring MSMEs and potential buyers together in various countries.
