Jakarta, Aug. 20 -- Indonesia and Canada are strengthening their economic and trade cooperation through the Indonesia-Canada Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (ICA-CEPA), amid ongoing reciprocal tariff developments involving both countries and the United States.
A meeting attended by Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto and Canadian Ambassador to Indonesia and Timor-Leste Jess Dutton in Jakarta, Tuesday, discussed the ICA-CEPA negotiations, potential trade collaboration, and the progress of reciprocal tariff negotiations between both countries and the United States (US).
