Sumedang, West Java, June 22 -- Deputy Home Minister Bima Arya stated that the regional head retreat held at the Institute of Public Administration (IPDN) in Sumedang, West Java, is aimed at increasing participants' understanding of President Prabowo Subianto's vision.
