Jakarta, March 9 -- The Red and White Village Cooperatives program, pioneered by President Prabowo Subianto, is seen as a strategic solution to stabilize food commodity prices, according to Agriculture Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman.

"Mr. President has a great idea of establishing one Red and White cooperative in each village.
