Jakarta, May 11 -- Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Minister Maman Abdurrahman emphasized the importance of certification and quality standardization for Indonesian food MSME entrepreneurs to compete domestically and globally.

While delivering remarks at the closing of the Chef Expo 2025 in Jakarta on Saturday, he stated that food MSMEs cannot only depend on heritage recipes.
