Jakarta, Dec. 11 -- Russian President Vladimir Putin assured Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto of his government's readiness to support Indonesia's ongoing efforts to strengthen and enhance the competitiveness of its industrial sector.

During a bilateral meeting at the Grand Kremlin Palace in Moscow on Wednesday (December 10), President Putin emphasized Russia's eagerness to participate in joint cooperation projects of strategic importance with Indonesia.

"If Indonesia decided to involve Russia, we always stand ready to offer our help," Putin stated in a livestream broadcast by the Indonesian Presidential Secretariat's YouTube channel, monitored from Jakarta.
