Jakarta, June 19 -- Public satisfaction with traffic services provided by the Indonesian National Police (Polri) has increased from 84.83 to 94.92 percent, according to Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Minister Rini Widyantini.

In a statement issued here on Thursday, she said that this positive trend is a testament to Polri's commitment to enhancing professionalism, maintaining a humane approach, and adopting technology to improve services.

"This increase is the tangible result of the hard work and dedication demonstrated by officers from Polri's Traffic Corps in providing the finest services to the people," she added during a discussion at Polri's College of Police Science (STIK) in Jakarta on Thursday.
