Jakarta, April 30 -- President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to attend an event marking International Workers' Day, or May Day, at the National Monument (Monas) area in Jakarta tomorrow (May 1), State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi stated.

"It is true that the event organizers have invited the president, who has expressed his intention to attend the May Day celebrations," he noted in a statement on Wednesday.
