Jakarta, April 24 -- President Prabowo Subianto will attend the International Labor Day event at the National Monument (Monas) Square here on Thursday (May 1), where he will address six key issues related to labor.
President of the Confederation of Indonesian Trade Unions (KSPI) and President of the Labor Party, Said Iqbal, conveyed this information in a virtual press conference here on Thursday.
"The issues (to be) raised during the May Day celebration are (demands to) abolish outsourcing, the establishment of a Task Force for Termination of Employment ( Satgas PHK ), fair wages, and protection for workers by passing the new Employment Law," Iqbal remarked.
