Jakarta, Oct. 14 -- Din Syamsuddin, chairman of the Center for Dialogue and Cooperation among Civilizations (CDCC), hopes President Prabowo Subianto will open the ninth World Peace Forum (WPF) in Jakarta from November 9-11, 2025, and deliver messages of peace from Indonesia.

"This forum offers President Prabowo an opportunity to address global leaders and share Indonesia's vision and his own thoughts," Din said during a press conference on Monday.

The CDCC, in collaboration with Cheng Ho Multi Culture Education Trust, will host the forum under the theme "Considering Wasatiyyat Islam and Tiong Hua for Global Collaboration," emphasizing Islamic moderation and Chinese cultural values.
