Jakarta, March 31 -- President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to hold an open house at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Monday, for halalbihalal (Eid gathering) with state figures, officials, and general public to celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijri.

Deputy for Protocol, Press, and Media of the Presidential Secretariat Yusuf Permana stated on Sunday that the public keen to attend the event can come directly to the Palace without having to register.

"People can visit without registering. We also prepare food," he remarked.

Permana noted that so far, the Palace has not determined the capacity of guests, but it is possible that this will be adjusted to the situation on D-Day.
