Bogor, West Java, Feb. 15 -- President Prabowo Subianto has directed all elected regional leaders supported by the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) Plus to prioritize repairing damaged or unusable school buildings.He advised them against allocating the state budget to programs lacking clear public benefits.

"The people need help. They need fertilizer. They need seeds. Schools need repairs. There is no need for more seminars," Prabowo said during a meeting on Friday.

He noted that approximately 330,000 schools across Indonesia require attention from the elected regional leaders once they assume office.

"It is better for governors to use the funds to repair schools! We have 330,000 schools (waiting to be repaired)," Prabowo emphasized....
