Jakarta, July 7 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto is optimistic that benefits provided by the New Development Bank (NDB), the financing institution established by BRICS member countries, can be further increased, particularly to strengthen economic partnerships among developing countries.

This was stated by Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, who accompanied Prabowo at the plenary session of the 2025 BRICS Summit, held at the Museum of Modern Art (MAM) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Sunday (July 6).
