Aceh Tamiang, Jan. 1 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has asked that an additional lining be installed beneath the metal roofs of temporary housing built by Danantara for flood victims in Aceh Tamiang, Aceh, to reduce indoor heat.

He praised the sovereign wealth fund for completing 600 temporary housing units within eight days, saying the overall quality was fairly good.

"We should think about possible solutions. They do not have to be expensive, perhaps using local materials such as woven materials or palm fiber installed beneath the metal roof," Prabowo said during a meeting with Danantara management and several cabinet ministers in Aceh Tamiang on Thursday.
