Jakarta, Nov. 15 -- President Prabowo Subianto underscored Jordan's key role as Indonesia's partner in promoting international peace and supporting the Palestinian cause during a state dinner for King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein in Jakarta on Friday evening.

"We are more than just partners; we share a strong bond of brotherhood and friendship," Prabowo said in a press release issued on Saturday.

He stressed that ties between Indonesia and Jordan are rooted in brotherhood and must be preserved for future generations.
