Jakarta, Aug. 15 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto highlighted that the government had decided to focus the 2026 Draft State Budget (RAPBN) on eight primary areas, including food and energy security and investment facilities.

He outlined next year's budget outlook in his address on the 2026 State Budget Bill and its Financial Notes in the Nusantara Building of the Parliamentary Complex in Jakarta on Friday.

Prabowo explained that the 2026 State Budget would mostly be allocated for initiatives to advance or strengthen food security, energy security, the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program, education, health, the people's economy, national defense posture, and the investment climate.
