Jakarta, Sept. 22 -- Speaker of Indonesia's House of Representatives (DPR) Puan Maharani said President Prabowo Subianto's upcoming speech at the UN General Assembly (UNGA) will be a highly anticipated event, marking a decade-long gap since the last Indonesian president attended the forum.

She said on Monday that Prabowo's speech will be a proud moment for all Indonesians.

"We hope President Prabowo's speech will also create a fresh and proud atmosphere," she added.

Maharani noted that the President will address a range of issues, including the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, Palestine.
