Jakarta, Sept. 18 -- President Prabowo Subianto's participation in the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) underscores Indonesia's leadership among developing nations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has said.

"The president's presence at the UNGA highlights Indonesia's role as a key actor in the Global South, promoting peace, international law, and reform of global governance," ministry spokesperson Yvonne Mewengkang stated on Wednesday.
