Jakarta, Jan. 27 -- President Prabowo Subianto's state visit to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Monday is expected to reinforce the diplomatic ties between the two nations.
"President Prabowo's visit to Malaysia is expected to enhance diplomatic ties and strategic cooperation between Indonesia and Malaysia across different sectors, benefiting the interests and progress of both countries," the Presidential Secretariat's release stated here on Monday.
According to the Presidential Secretariat's statement, President Prabowo Subianto was welcomed with a state ceremony at the National Palace in Malaysia on Monday, fulfilling an invitation from the King of Malaysia, the 17th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Ibrahim.
