Jakarta, Aug. 15 -- President Prabowo Subianto stated that the House of Representatives (DPR) has played a crucial role in helping the government achieve equitable efficiency in the state budget, in line with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution.

"In its budgeting function, the DPR has supported the government in realizing equitable efficiency in our state budget," he said in his State of the Nation Address at the Annual Session of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) at the Parliamentary Complex in Jakarta on Friday.
