Jakarta, Dec. 17 -- President Prabowo Subianto has instructed government officials to develop layered and tiered food security systems, including the establishment of food barns down to the village level.

He delivered the instruction during a briefing with Papua regional heads and the Executive Committee for the Acceleration of Special Autonomy Development in Papua on Tuesday.
