Jakarta, July 15 -- President Prabowo Subianto praised the Indonesian Defense Forces (TNI) contingent parading alongside French armed forces soldiers during the Bastille Day commemoration along the Champs-Elysees in Paris, France, on Monday (July 14).

Prabowo believes that his presence as the guest of honor, along with the participation of the TNI-Polri Patriot II Task Force contingent in the French national day military parade, reflects the close defense cooperation between Indonesia and France.
