Jakarta, Feb. 9 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto addressed a range of strategic issues, from national stability and security to geopolitical dynamics and challenges, during a joint meeting with military and police leaders in Jakarta on Monday.

Home Affairs Minister Tito Karnavian, who attended the meeting at the Presidential Palace complex, said the president's remarks echoed messages he had previously delivered at a national meeting of central and regional governments in Bogor, West Java.

According to Karnavian, President Prabowo emphasized the importance of strengthening the defense posture of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), and the National Police (Polri).
