Jakarta, May 15 -- President Prabowo Subianto affirmed Indonesia's commitment to maintaining world order, as mandated by the country's Constitution.
"Let me emphasize that the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia explicitly mandates the Indonesian people to participate in maintaining world order based on independence, eternal peace, and social justice," Prabowo stated at the 19th Session of the Parliamentary Union of OIC Member States (PUIC) Conference in Jakarta, Wednesday (May 14).
The president stressed that these principles are not merely rhetoric but serve as a moral compass and the foundation for the key policies underpinning Indonesia's foreign policy.
