Jakarta, Dec. 1 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has instructed the National Police (Polri) to immediately repair road access that was cut off due to recent natural disasters in Central Tapanuli, North Sumatra.

The directive was conveyed by National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo after accompanying President Prabowo during a visit to evacuation centers for flood victims in the region on Monday.

"There are several matters of concern related to the routes that were cut off. The President has instructed that repairs be carried out as soon as possible," Sigit told reporters.
