Jakarta, June 13 -- President Prabowo Subianto said he received a phone call early Friday from US President Donald Trump, at a time when the American leader's tariff policy on global trade continues to also impact Indonesia.

However, the Indonesian head of state did not reveal any details on the topics discussed with Trump during his telephone conversation, according to a post on his official Instagram account @prabowo.

Despite no information on the issues the two leaders had discussed, a photo was uploaded to the Instagram account.

The photo captured Prabowo during his phone conversation with Trump, appearing pleased to receive the US president's phone call.
