New York, Sept. 21 -- President Prabowo Subianto landed at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York at 4:50 p.m. local time on Saturday, marking the start of his official visit for the 80th UN General Assembly (UNGA).
He was accompanied by his son Didit Hediprasetyo, Foreign Minister Sugiono, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.
Upon arrival, President Prabowo was warmly welcomed by Indonesia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Umar Hadi, and the Military Adviser to the Indonesian Permanent Mission, Brigadier General Felix Lumban Tobing.
